Elite Training Pathway

The Valeo FC Emirates Elite Player Pathway provides world-class player development and U.S. college exposure in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment.

We combine technical mastery, tactical understanding, and academic planning to prepare players for the next stage — university soccer in the United States.

Program Highlights

  • 3–4 training sessions per week (technical, tactical, strength, and mobility)
  • Position-specific clinics and personalized feedback
  • Local league and showcase competitions
  • Performance video analysis and goal tracking
  • Academic monitoring and mentoring
  • U.S. college recruiting workshops

Our academic advisory team ensures every player meets U.S. university and NCAA/NAIA requirements.

Services Include:

  • Academic evaluations and GPA mapping
  • SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and IELTS preparation guidance
  • NCAA/NAIA eligibility and compliance registration
  • Essay writing, application, and transcript support
  • Study skills and time management workshops

College Placement & Exposure

Valeo FC Emirates leverages its nonprofit mission and global partnerships to connect players directly with U.S. college coaches.

We Provide:

  • Professional highlight videos and recruiting profiles
  • College showcases (Dubai and international)

  • Scholarship and financial aid guidance
  • Visa and pre-departure preparation

  • Fall Term: September – December
  • Spring Term: January – April (Dubai College Showcase)
  • Summer Intensive: May – July (Dubai or U.S. Tour)

Scholarships and community sponsorships are available each season for players demonstrating potential and financial need.
